This morning was a warmer day, so we headed to the SHARK TANK, the Golden Nugget Pool.
TILV FAVORITE – The Shark Tank pool at the Golden Nugget is one of our favorite Vegas Pools. There is a huge tank full of fish and sharks, with a water slide that passes through it! It’s a smaller pool, so get there early on hot days. If you have kids, this is a great pool to keep them busy looking at the sharks, swimming in the circular pool and going down the water slide.

With remaining Mobile App Game comps from the 4QUEENS, we headed to Magnolia’s for supper. The 4QUEENS and BINIONS are owned by the same company, and Magnolia’s has a similar menu and food quality as the Binions Cafe.
After supper, we headed to the south end of Fremont Street to play slots at THE EL CORTEZ.
We tried various slot machines with moderate luck, until … Twila spotted her favorite slot machine = Buffalo Diamond! And one machine, on the 75 cent cheap a$$ bet had a large number of bonus spins posted. Just as Twila’s $100 was about to dissapear, she hit the bonus and nailed the 3X multiplier with 51 games. By the time she was done, she was around 80 spins and $900! Huge hit for us! I caught all the action on video and it is on our TILV / Cheap A$$ Gambling Youtube Channel. After winning around $1,000 at El Cortez, our new favorite casino! 😉 We started back the Golden Nugget. We went to the top story of THE D casino and won some more money! It was a lucky night.
Our next stop was back at the 4QUEENS for some slots. Still having some comps left, I went to the CHICAGO BREWING COMPANY and ordered one of their trademark BLOODY MARYs (see photo above).
I ordered the GHOST-MARY for $12.99 with the featured bacon wrapped cheese stuffed jalapeno; it was excellent, the stuffed jalapeno and the bloody mary, and you get to keep the glass. A good late night snack.
TIP – If you like BLOODY MARY’s, especially ones that come with snacks and tastes great, go to the CHICAGO BREWING COMPANY at the 4QUEENS!
It was time to head back to the Nugget.
